On March 14th the Connected Car Detroit and on March 15th the Autonomous Car Detroit events took place in Dearborn, Michigan, USA. The events were well attended with more than 300 visitors from all major OEMs and various suppliers based in the United Stated. The two days were packed with presentations about technologies and trends in the connected car and autonomous car developments.
The Americas office of TASS International hosted a booth during two days of the events where the staff of four was pleased to answer many questions from visitors and engaging in fruitful discussions mainly about the testing of autonomous and connected cars.
Tony Gioutsos, Director of Sales & Marketing of TASS Americas, gave a successful presentation about “Advanced physics-based sensor simulation approaches for testing automated and connected vehicles” which was very well received and resulting in various questions from the audience.
